Cheapest home sold in Leicester under £40k, most expensive £885k

A total of 348 Leicester homes were registered as sold in July this year. The cheapest was a flat in Aikman Avenue, which went for £39,000. The most expensive, at £885,000, was a seven bedroom house in Sackville Gardens.

Most of the properties, 64%, sold for between £100,000 and £200,000. Explore the rest of the properties registered sold in July with the map below.
